Product Description

The automobile clutch fork is a component of the automobile transmission. It is connected to the transmission handle and is located at the lower end of the handle. It can shift the intermediate transmission wheel to change the input and output speed ratio. The clutch fork is mainly used for clutch shifting.
The clutch release fork is an important part in the auto clutch, and its reliability is directly related to whether the clutch can work normally. HDAG clutch fork working principle is: the output force of the power cylinder pushes the push rod, which acts on one end of the separation fork. The spherical bearing serves as a fulcrum to rotate the separation release fork. The middle protruding end of the separation fork pushes the release bearing to separate the clutch. Therefore the clutch release fork is also called the clutch release lever.

What will happen if the clutch fork is broken?LET TAIZHOU DONGNA share with you as follow: A broken clutch release fork will make it difficult or impossible for the transmission to shift into gear. It needs to be repaired and replaced in time, otherwise it will affect the normal driving of the car.
Symptoms of a broken clutch fork: the clutch fork is bent and deformed; the clutch fork is cracked or broken; the clutch fork pin is damaged, the clutch fork and the fork shaft fall off, etc. Generally, the damage of the shift clutch fork is that the shift groove of the shift head at the upper end of the shift fork is worn out, the end face of the lower clutch fork is worn thin or grooved, and the clutch fork body at the lower part of the shift clutch fork is bent or twisted.

What effect does the squeaking sound of the clutch fork have on the car?
This is the sound caused by the clutch release bearing not rotating properly due to lack of oil. If this is the case, it is just a problem with the release bearing itself that will not cause other effects; however, when the release bearing cannot rotate at all due to lack of oil, the sound at this time is the friction between the contact surface of the clutch fork and the release bearing. It is caused by friction with the bearing seat (friction with the bearing seat is rare).
This situation will cause the clutch fork to wear and make clutch separation difficult. If it is a steel plate separation fork, when the clutch fork is severely worn, the clutch pressure lever assembly will have to be replaced, which will cost a lot. In short, if it is confirmed that the sound comes from the clutch components, regardless of the above situation, it must be disassembled and inspected in advance, and new parts should be replaced if necessary to minimize losses.
