The filter paper of high-quality oil filters must be able to filter impurities under severe temperature changes, and at the same time And ensure enough flow.Note: Inferior and cheap filter paper is mostly made of cotton pulp paper, the filtering effect is extremely poor, it is easier to decompose and dissolve into the engine oil, block the oil passage, and accelerate the deterioration of the engine oil, even if there is no filter element, it will accelerate engine damage.rubber sealed loop:The high-quality oil filter sealing ring is synthesized with special rubber, which guarantees 100% no oil leakage.Note: A good oil filter will not leak oil under normal installation conditions. There are many problems with low-quality and cheap oil spills.Backflow suppression valve:Only found in premium oil filters. When the engine is off, it keeps the oil filter from drying out; when the engine is re-ignited, it creates pressure immediately, supplying oil to lubricate the engine. (also known as check valve)Notes: Maintains engine lubrication system pressure and reduces wear. Inferior and cheap oil filters do not have a check valve, which accelerates wear when the engine is started.Relief valve:Only found in premium oil filters. When the external temperature drops to a certain value or when the oil filter exceeds the normal service life, the overflow valve will open under special pressure, allowing the unfiltered oil to flow directly into the engine to lubricate the friction parts-not Filtered impurities increase engine wear. So the overflow valve is the key to protect the engine in an emergency. (also known as bypass valve)Note: Regularly replace the oil filter (the oil filter needs to be replaced every time the oil is changed) to avoid accelerated engine wear due to the overflow valve opening. Inferior and cheap oil filters do not have overflow valves. Under special circumstances, there is no supply of lubricating oil, which will lead to engine scuffing, overhaul, or even scrapping.Regarding the problem of oil leakage after replacing the oil filter:1.For the spin-on filter (iron shell), the rotation force is too large, exceeding the standard 20-60 Newton (1 kg = 9.8), the correct installation is to install with a 2 kg hand rotation force, do not use a wrench to install, rotate When the force is greater than 2.5 kg, it is easy to cause deformation of the sealing ring, and a protruding point will be formed along the circumference. Under the impact of high-pressure airflow, a gap will be generated and leakage will occur.2.The surface dirt in contact with the old oil filter has not been cleaned.3 When dismantling the old oil filter, due to the excessive force of the previous rotation, the old sealing ring sticks to the filter seat, and the new oil filter leaks oil after it is installed.4.The lubrication system is seriously polluted, heavy oil dirt blocks the main oil passage (or the sealant blocks the oil passage after overhaul), causing internal pressure, impacting the sealing ring and causing oil leakage.5.For the environmental protection filter element (paper filter element), the vast majority is that the inner sealing ring of the guide rod is not removed, and a new sealing ring is installed.6.When the environmental protection filter element (paper filter element) is replaced, a new inner sealing ring is not replaced.7.The environmental protection filter element (paper filter element) still has too much rotation force for the outer sealing ring (large), causing serious deformation or hidden damage, and oil leakage due to impact under pressure during work.Performance testing of HDAG auto filters: All HDAG auto filters are designed and manufactured to meet the original parts standards, and have undergone multiple stringent quality inspections standards:1. SAE standard conducts performance tests and bench tests to meet the requirements of the original intake resistance of the rated intake air volume of the engine;2. The oil filter should be tested according to the ISO4548 standard: a qualified oil filter must meet the original design of the engine cylinder pressure, oil temperature, flow, viscosity and vehicle use conditions, etc.;3. The diesel filter should be tested according to the ISO4020 standard: the hydraulic oil filter element should meet the pressure loss requirements (the total pressure difference of the high-pressure filter is less than 0.1PMa, and the total pressure difference of the oil return filter is less than 0.05MPa), so as to ensure Optimization of flow rate and filter life;4.
